Shipping Time Estimates:

  • United States: 4 –12Days
  • Canada: 7–14 Days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 Days
  • Europe: 6–14 Days
  • Australia: 7–14 Days
  • New Zealand: 8–14 Days
  • International: 12–20 Days

⚠️ IMPORTANT – U.S. Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, some international shipments may be subject to customs duties or additional delivery charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: Due to increased customs inspections and tariff-related procedures, U.S.-bound shipments may experience additional delays of up to 5–7 business days beyond our normal estimates. We are monitoring the situation and will continue to adapt to ensure reliable delivery.

Incorrect Address Policy:

If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay a $20 USD shipping fee to reship the order to the correct address.
If the order value is above $90 USD, the re-shipping fee may be higher due to increased carrier rates or weight.

Processing Time:

We strive to provide fast delivery. On average, processing and shipping take 7–14 business days.
Note: Processing may vary depending on supplier, product availability, and customs delays.

Note Regarding COVID-19:

Due to global shipping disruptions, delivery may be delayed by 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Some items are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer once production is complete:

Partial Orders:

We use multiple suppliers. If you only receive part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!

Tracking & Shipping Info:

  • Tracking may take a few days to update after fulfillment.
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, and courier delays may occur.

Delivery Policy & Responsibility:

  • We use FedEx and USPS for U.S. deliveries.
  • We may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Customers must coordinate delivery with the carrier if needed. If a package is returned to us, a restocking fee may apply before any refund is issued.
