Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@premiumtesla.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Premiumtesla  Carbon Fiber Products. Any product that uses a Carbon Fiber Applique or Carbon Fiber (e.g., B-Pillar Appliques for Model S and Model X, Spoiler Appliques for Model X, Mirror Cover for Model S, Window Control Covers for Model S and Model X) may be returned only if the protective tape that covers the adhesive has not been removed. Once the protective tape has been removed for one piece of a multi-piece product, it may not be returned and no refund or replacement will be offered. Therefore, please be certain that you’re satisfied with the look and style of your carbon fiber product BEFORE you remove the adhesive backing tape. You can accomplish this using masking tape to temporarily hold the piece in place or, if you want an even more realistic preview, you can use double-sided masking tape to temporarily affix the piece(s) to assess the look and style. Stated as succinctly as possible, once you remove the adhesive backing from any Carbon Fiber piece, it's yours—no returns and no credit can be offered.

Car Covers. Car covers are used in a variety of environmental conditions. Over time, wear and tear is to be expected, as are stains and other blemishes. Once the car cover has been used in the environment, it may NOT be returned. Furthermore, wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not considered to represent product defects, and returns associated with wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not accepted.
